Local Ocean Racing (LOR)

CYCCM holds a season-long series of off-shore races, beginning in June and ending in September. Our fleets includes J-70's, J-24's and PHRF boats. Skippers Meetings are held at the Bayberry Building at 10:30 AM, followed by a 12:00 PM ocean start. We also host an annual Cape-to-Cape Regatta and, with our growing J-70 fleet, plan to host regional regattas in the future. Harbor Racing

Dinghy racing is a big part of the CYCCM sailing experience. Highlighting the harbor racing scene is the annual Mid-Summer Regatta. This regatta, part of the South Jersey Summer Series, routinely hosts over 100 junior sailors. We hold Laser races at 6:00, many "High Tide" Friday nights at 6:00 PM from mid-June until Labor Day weekend, and our Sunday Club Championship Regatta Series for Lasers, Sunfish and Optimists from late June to Labor Day weekend.
